At The Rich Lady, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every watch and handbag we sell. If your order isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.

1. Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:

  • Damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all luxury tags and seals intact.

2. 🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect your purchase and our brand, a clear, unedited unboxing video is required for all claims.

  • The video must start from the sealed package and show the defect clearly.
  • No Video = No Return/Exchange. No exceptions.

3. How to Request

  1. Contact us at therichladyluxe@gmail.com or via therichlady.in within 7 days.
  2. Attach your Order Number and the Unboxing Video.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, we will contact you for secure bank/UPI details.
