1. Processing & Timelines

Dispatch: Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Standard Delivery: * Metros: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Coverage: We ship pan-India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE shipping on all prepaid purchases.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A small convenience fee may apply, calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your luxury item is on its way, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time through our courier partner’s portal.

4. Secure Delivery

Packaging: All items are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
Unboxing Video: As a reminder, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any transit-related damages or missing items.
Failed Attempts: Our couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package to avoid a Return to Origin (RTO).
